About Me

Hi, I’m Rosalind, a BACP-registered counsellor based in Sidcup/Bexleyheath, London, offering a calm and compassionate space where you can feel truly heard. I also work online with clients across the UK.

Life can feel overwhelming, whether it’s anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe space to pause, explore, and make sense of what’s happening.

My Approach

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of approaches and tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I work in a person-centred and holistic way, letting our sessions be guided by what matters most to you. I won’t give advice or quick fixes, my role is to support you in exploring your experiences safely, at your own pace, and in a way that feels empowering.

I have experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds, including different ages, cultures, races, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I’ve helped clients work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, anger, ADHD, low self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts.

Sessions

I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering face-to-face sessions in Sidcup/Bexleyheath, London, as well as online sessions via Zoom across the UK. To help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation, giving you the chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if we’re a good fit.

Qualifications

I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Certificate in Counselling Skills, and a Certificate of Proficiency from BACP, along with a Qualification in Online & Telephone Counselling and an Enhanced DBS Check.

Please get in touch via email or the contact form if you have any questions or if you would like to arrange an free, no obligation consultation call to see if working together feels like the right fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
